Damn Small Windows
Damn Small Windows is my custom build of Windows XP/2000. Its supposed to contain only the most important apps without anything useless. It may come in different editions. Enjoy! And yes, it is inspired by Damn Small Linux. I wonder if someone is making Damn Small MacOS... who cares anyway!
Product Key depends on the OS it was based off. If its XP its gonna be one key, for 2000 its another
Downloads
- Damn Small Windows 1.0 (290423-122524) - First ever version of DSW. I tried making it somewhat hybrid, it includes many stuff, including even Internet Explorer 6 (its intended to be replaced by another browser like Firefox or Mypal) and Windows Media Player. ISO Size is 127,3 MB, it is 32-Bit. Please note that there are no network drivers, meaning that, as i think, internet doesnt work. It was made on 29 April, 2023, 12:25,24. Product Key is M6TF9-8XQ2M-YQK9F-7TBB2-XGG88
- Damn Small Windows 1.10 (250523-152851) - Second version of DSW. Includes less stuff (no Media Player, no Charmap) but integrated drivers and network drivers. Size of ISO file is 234,1 MB. Product Key is M6TF9-8XQ2M-YQK9F-7TBB2-XGG88
- Damn Small Windows 1.11 (280523-153624) - This one is based off Windows 2000. I wanted to make an OS for really weak PCs, but this version has litteraly nothing to do (I mean, it has command prompt and notepad, you can write batch files, but thats it). WINNT folder size in this version is only 130 Mb. Product Key is DDTPV-TXMX7-BBGJ9-WGY8K-B9GHM. ISO size is 55,5 MB, but it takes some time to start download due to Google Drive checking it for viruses.
